Infinikey Consulting does incredible work helping mid-market businesses fix their operations. But they ran into a wall trying to expand their client base across Australia. They needed to get in front of real decision-makers who could actually understand their value and hire them. When you're trying to reach top executives, the old way of finding clients just doesn't work anymore. My mission was to help them break through the noise and grab the attention of the exact people who needed their consulting services most. It wasn't just about sending out standard emails. It was about starting real conversations.
THE OUTREACH METHOD
I built a highly customized email outreach system that gave Infinikey exactly what they needed. The secret sauce was extreme personalization. I didn't just blast out generic pitches to a random list. I scraped the LinkedIn profiles of every single prospect to understand exactly who they were. Scraping LinkedIn is usually super tough.
But I used my custom scrapers and rate-limit removing automations to pull it off smoothly. This let me write messages that actually complimented the prospect on their specific achievements. I made sure every single message felt human and directly addressed their unique situation. So when a prospect read the outreach, they felt like I was talking right to them.


FINAL PERFORMANCE
Once the campaign launched, Infinikey saw an immediate spike in replies and booked meetings. The deep customization was the main reason the whole thing performed so incredibly well.
